Getting Help from OCLC

Every once in a while, especially after system updates and enhancements, things with OCLC QuestionPoint can get a bit "wonky".  What can you do?  Contact OCLC early and often.  Here's some of the ways to make your complaint, concern and comment heard.

The URL to use to report problems to OCLC.

http://www.questionpoint.org/crs/servlet/org.oclc.home.BuildPage?show=SupportForm&language=1

That link lives in several places, here some of them:

Open http://questionpoint.org

You can find it at the very top and is the first link on the page,  directly under the header:

Support and Feedback

If you're still logged into the librarian interface, but the chat window has "gone bad", you can use the Support link at the very top right of the page:

Or from the OCLC QuestionPoint Support page, as well as many other OCLC website pages

http://www.oclc.org/us/en/questionpoint/support/default.htm

Look for the Support link on the Right hand side, usually lower down the page.

Finally call the OCLC support phone number:

1-800-848-5800

and as always you can always contact me:
